Publisher'sAgreement
This Publisher’s Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between: Knowvas AND Publisher, (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher", "Author", “Creator” or "you"). This Agreement governs the terms under which the Publisher may submit and distribute content through Knowvas. By accepting to publish on our platform, the Publisher agrees to the following terms and conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2025

100% ownership retained

Nigeria compliant
The Publisher grants Knowvas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-based license to distribute, sell, and market the Publisher's content (ebooks, audiobooks, interactive content, comics, magazines, videos etc.) on the Knowvas platform.
Rights Granted Include:
- • The right to store, display, and sell the content to users of the platform
- • The right to use excerpts, summaries, and other promotional materials for marketing purposes
- • Distribution across all Knowvas platforms and channels
This license is granted for the duration of this Agreement while you retain all ownership rights to your content.
Digital Acceptance
By checking the box during registration or content submission on Knowvas, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement. This digital action constitutes a legally binding acceptance.
No physical signature is required by either party.
